Initial research visits

We can offer you tailor made packages for research visits. From looking at property and areas on the internet, you can decide the areas that most interest you. We will provide you with more detailed information on those areas.

We will meet you from the airport and book hotels, hire cars and we can even organise child care for a few hours for meetings.

Having chosen the areas we can arrange for you to stay there, look at property, meet with locals, visit schools, organise meetings with potential employers and agencies, introduce you to banks and be a tour guide for all the facilities that the area has to offer.

Property/Real Estate

The process of buying houses here is different from the UK. Firstly, Estate Agents are known as Realtors. Secondly, a house is listed with a Realtor but you do not have to go through them to purchase the house. You can choose one realtor and they will show you properties that you are interested in and negotiate the purchase of that house for you. David as a Realtor will listen to your requirements, help you to research areas and find the right one for you and then find the best home for you. As stated earlier, the price for this service is carried by the seller and not the purchaser.
